Gathering as a community to pray.
An invitation to lead.
We are the People of God and united in baptism in our Christian calling. The blessing of being able to gather and pray together is a wonderful gift. All through the centuries people led and were led in prayer by fellow parishioners. Today, this invitation is as strong as ever. With the opportunities that are now present we in Imeall Boirne Pastoral Area have a great gift before us. We have nine churches that have served our communities over the centuries as places of prayer. We are being asked to continue to gather in our communities to pray as is happening with Liturgy of the Word with Holy Communion, Rosary groups, Prayer Groups, Pray and Play groups, Eucharistic Adoration and School based groups are just some of the groups that are currently being led by fellow parishioners. To support and encourage leaders we are inviting all involved and also any person who would like to get involved to a gathering in Ruan Hall on Wednesday Oct. 21st @ 8pm.
If we do not gather we will be scattered!!!
